  • Emotional intelligence and intimacy to boost your awareness levels
  • Assessing your strengths and areas for growth using tools like SWOT analysis

  • Setting specific goals as well as celebrate small wins to cultivate healthy habits and replace unhealthy ones effectively
  • Attaching new habits to existing ones or partnering with someone who can help keep you accountable
  • Working with intentions, reinforcing healthy habits and exploring new habits that align with your goals for continuous improvement around wellbeing, performance, leadership and thriving as a human being
