Our 10-week Leadership & Executive Coach Training program is designed for certified coaches who want to develop a niche in leadership coaching, supporting leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs in becoming more effective, self-aware, healthy and resilient.
At the heart of our coaching model is a focus on supporting leaders to skilfully manage and develop their mind in service of development, insight and positive impact.
This course is taught by two highly experienced leadership and executive coaches, Dr Mark Atkinson and Felix Hirschburger. It is CPD Approved by the AC (Association for Coaching) and ICF (Core Competencies: 18. Resource Development: 21)

Coaching for Inner Leadership

In the journey of leadership and executive development, understanding and mastering one’s inner world is paramount. The ability to skilfully use and develop their mind—referred to as Inner Leadership—forms the foundation for Outer Effectiveness in our roles as leaders and human beings. This module delves deep into the core principles and insights related to the conscious practice of inner leadership. By exploring the five inner leadership practices and a method to support clients gain deep insight into any challenge, participants will gain valuable tools to enhance both their personal growth and professional impact.

Dr. Mark Atkinson
is an accredited master coach, medical doctor, human potential teacher and internationally recognised authority on self-actualization and health optimization. Mark is co-founder and Chief Training Officer of Optimal Mind International and creator of the Optimal Mind® Inner Leadership Training System, which has powered numerous programs, including Google Cloud’s Way of Sales Coaching. His books include The Mind-Body Bible and True Happiness. Mark is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching (AC) and Fellow of the American Institute of Stress.

Felix Hirschburger
Is co-founder of Optimal Mind International and Louma Empowering People. As an executive coach he specializes in optimal mind training and human potential development with over 10,000 hours experience in coaching entrepreneurs, executives and athletes. Felix is also a licensed Hypnotherapist, Switzerland’s first Wim Hof Instructor and breathwork teacher. He is a board member of a major meditation centre in Europe and has more than 25 years of meditation and personal development practice.

This program is an advanced training course designed for certified coaches who want to specialize in leadership and executive coaching. It equips you with the knowledge, tools, and methodologies needed to coach leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs at the highest level.
They take place on 10 consecutive Thursdays. Session 1: Sept 25, 2025 and Session 10: Nov 27, 2025. Each call starts at 04:00 PM London (UK) and lasts 1.5 hours.
This program is designed for certified coaches who are looking to expand their practice into leadership and executive coaching. It’s ideal for those who want to work with corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and top-level executives.
Upon graduation you will earn up to 39 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) units from the International Coach Federation (ICF) or the Association for Coaching (AC) and a Certificate in Leadership & Executive Coaching from Optimal Mind International.
The program runs for 10 weeks with 10 live 1.5-hour zoom calls on ten consecutive Thursdays. Call one is April 24 and call 10, June 26.
Leadership and executive coaches typically charge a wide range of rates depending on their experience, location, client profile, and niche.
1. Entry-Level Coaches (1-3 years of experience):
- Hourly Rate: $160 – $320 (or £130 – £260) per hour.
- These coaches are usually just starting out in the executive coaching field or have a few years of experience but are not yet widely recognised.
2. Mid-Level Coaches (3-10 years of experience):
- Hourly Rate: $320 – $640 (or £260 – £510) per hour.
- Coaches in this range typically have a more established reputation, a steady client base, and may have certifications from reputable coaching organisations (e.g., AC, ICF, EMCC). They often work with mid-level managers and executives.
3. Senior-Level Coaches (10+ years of experience):
- Hourly Rate: $640 – $1,300 (or £510 – £1,000) per hour.
- These are experienced coaches who work with C-suite executives and top leadership teams. They often have a significant background in business or psychology and are highly sought after for their expertise.
You’ll gain expertise in leadership and executive coaching competencies, including advanced coaching techniques, development-focused coaching, effectiveness optimisation, and marketing strategies to grow your coaching practice.
You’ll have access to live sessions with experienced coaches, a community of peers, and ongoing support with supplementary resources to enhance your learning.
To certify you will need to
- either attend the live 90-minute sessions (via zoom) or review the entire recording and submit a missed call form for those you didn’t attend. Live attendance is strongly preferable.
- review all the learning centre content.
- submit your learning and reflections logbook.
- submit and pass all of the module tasks.
While experience in these areas is beneficial, it is not required. This program is designed for certified coaches who are transitioning into leadership and executive coaching. The coaching program from which you graduated must be accredited by AC, ICF or EMCC.

Upon completion of the program you will be provided with a ICF CCEU certificate (max. Core Competencies: 18. Resource Development: 21) or a Association for Coaching (AC) approved CCE/CPD certificate. The maximum number of CCE’s you can receive is 39. IF you miss a live session you will be unable to claim for the CCE’s for that session. We will be keeping a monitor of attendance.
Approximately 4 to 5 hours per week, including the 1.5 hour live call.
The Certificate in Leadership & Executive Coaching is an advanced training program for Certified Coaches.
